Hi guys,
my 2nd post here 
i have this ad on Iproperty mentioning house for sale in 3B facing playground. Had tough luck while looking at it coz halfway through it rained heavily and i had to abandon my search. It's being sold by an agent from Metroworld Realty. any chance anybody could tell me which street it is on ?
it's also listed in their site as a 20x65 ???  |

Hi,
For 3B, no house facing playground directly....also all 20 x 70 minimum....from your desc, i think u are refering to phase 4D which is 20 x 65 & got house facing play ground. The street no is about 4/2x... |
