Sincerely, at price above 380k, I rather get a unit in Bandar Puteri, Lake edge or even new Austral project which is more nearer to the town. I don't think high price product 381k - 600k for 2.5 storey can work well in TPP, unless it is a semi-D/bungalow.  |

but i thought puteri new launch is RM450k, hartamas 2.5sty Rm420k and price is expected to increase 10-25% next year according to a builder association.

Exterior design - conventional type
Sincerely, I can't accept they are using the same cheap ceramic tiles as older phase like 3B, 4C... & 4B.
Second thing i can't accept one side of house is not straight line. This is the first time i saw house with 1 side straight only.
The only good thing i can see - backyard garden view
This is definitely out of my list with price tag RM381k.......No wonder the sales is very slow. |
