We were being informed by Mr. Prasad & Mr. Ho that the existing entrance for phase 2E will be closed and a new entrance will be opened at the end of Jalan PP4/12 (at the sugar cane "orchard" owned by Mr. Ho himself - hope he will be compensated by the developer :p). The cost for relocating the entrance and subsequently the re-surface of the trunk road leading to this new entrance will be beared fully by the developer (thanks a lot!)
It was also made known to us that there will be a new bungalow housing project next to the current gurad house, maybe that is why the developer wants to close the existing entrance and the road leading in & out.

hi,
im not from ph2e, from 3a but since you had created this tread, can we just share it?
i think the more people is merrier and more ideas.
im not so sure where's the new route.
is it coming straight from the two roundabouts without turning right at the current 'dead end'?
if so, then it's much more convenient and some more can help disperse traffic between ph2-3-4.
as you mentioned, cost will fully beared by developer, can we ask for better design of our guard house?
btw, if not mistaken, i saw your gathering at the park. quite a lot of people turned up. It's good sign.

Welcome aboard!
You are spot on, the new route will be exactly as described in your post (according to our representative Mr. Prasad). It will be good news indeed 
I am not sure what design you have in mind for the new guardhouse... mind to share with us? At least we could ask Mr. Prasad to propose it to the developer before they start the construction.
Yeah, hope you guys could join us next time...like you said - the more the merrier

may be something like phase 4C: Guard House
or can we share the same security team as mentioned to make it more economical and more efficient: Security guard
PH2E and 3A are sharing same park and now same road. I will try to inform our chairman to talk to your Mr. Prasad about this.

ehem ... about the guard house .. now i see in front of the guard house also becoming a mini car workshop ..got lorry ..4WD ..got besi buruk as well ..aiyoh ..now Ph 2E have everything ....
could mr prasad advise the owner of those 4WD ..lorry & the besi buruk (i believe he must be iron man) .. |

Hi,
FYI, Prasad did that before but he is no MDS chairman nor Selangor's MB. The lorries & 4WD are owned by a 4/13 resident that sells chicken, according to Prasad. He used to park his lorries & 4WD in his front yard and block half of the road. His immediate neighbors complaint to Prasad and then Prasad wrote a letter to MDS.
Subsequently a compound was issued by MDS to the lorries owner and that is why he has relocated the lorries to their current place. But as long as those lorries did not block traffic when the exisitng entrance is closed and the new one is opened, frankly there is not much we could do except for suggesting MDS to designate an area for residents to park their lorries. |

mmmm .... i knew the uncle ironman ..he's a nice guy ..but really doesnt look nice lorr with all the junk iron inside his place, can u imagine what his immediate neighbour feel? .. may be we can share money & rent a place for him, so if we wanna change engine oil or new tyre can ask him to do for free 
one more thing, sometimes i can see dogs (no owner i think) wondering around ph2e. can we ask mds to pick up the dogs ..i'm afraid maa ..i got small kids ..if somebody kena susah woorr .. |
